Dr. Franklin was born in Augusta, Georgia where he attended Aquinas High School and graduated in 1988. After graduating he moved to Atlanta and matriculated through Morehouse College where he majored in Banking and Finance. After working for 7 years in corporate America, Dr Franklin decided it was time for change. Sorting up his resources, his core competencies ensuringly, he applied to Howard University in 2004 and got accepted.

After graduating in 2008 and was accepted to general practice residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Washington DC where he further honed his skills as a general dentist. Upon completion of his residency in May 2009, he returned to Atlanta to join private practice as an associate. In December 2010, Dr Franklin received his Masters of Business Administration from Regis University and decided it is time to step out on his own.

Finally on January 17th, 2011, Dr. Franklin opened Vivid Dental Center where he strives to deliver uncompromising and outstanding care to each and every one of his patients.

Dr. Franklin continues to enhance and advance his education in all aspects of dental field on yearly basis and is a firm believer that education is the key to successful delivery of dental excellence. To that end, Dr Franklin has completed the Implantology Maxi Course through the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. In 2015 he received his fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologist.

He continues further education through various courses in an effort to bring valuable and current information back to his practice.

Lisa is a native of Georgia and graduated from Clayton State University in 2015 with a bachelor's in Dental Hygiene. She has experience in both general and pediatric dentistry. Lisa thrives in dentistry because of her unfailing passion to make a difference and help others. She is a true educator and loves the connections she makes with her patients.

Amarellys had a nursing career prior to finding dentistry. Since becoming a dental assistant, she is known for a soothing nature. She loves developing friendly relationships with patients and learning something about each other. Restoring oral health and transforming the lives of patients is why she is in dentistry. She consistently delivers knowledge and skills to help guide others. Her philosophy in life is "Anything is possible with God".

Daniela has been a dental assistant since high school. After falling in love with the profession, she decided to pursue dental hygiene. She is currently enrolled in a dental hygiene program and cannot wait to add that to her accomplishments. Her dental philosophy is much like her philosophy about life, "never quit, never quit going to the dentist and never quit on anything in life".

Yahaira began with us in 2022 while completing an externship for college. Luckily she decided to stay after graduating college. Achieving patient satisfaction is her goal. She likes to see our patients leave with a smile!

Cynthia loves dentistry because there's never a dull moment in it and she's been here long enough to know! Her dental career started back in 1993, and she has been with Vivid Smile Dental Center for 13 years and still counting. She has an incredible way of connecting with people and has the ability to help people face their fear of the dentist. She has built many relations with our patients over the years to comfort them in understanding the whole process and she will continue to deliver so!
